Dear user, Nordgas S.r.l., as data controller, informs you, in accordance with the current legislation on privacy and the processing of personal data, that access, registration, as well as the request for information, at the website https://www.nordgas.it involves the processing of your personal data, which will be implemented in compliance with national and Community legislation. 

The purpose of this information is to allow you to know, in advance, the methods of processing of personal data provided by you both in the context of the mere use of the site, and in in the face of your registration at the same. The information in question is effective only and exclusively for the website https://www.nordgas.it and does not extend to other websites that may be accessed by the user through external links.

We inform you that the processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights. 

Nordgas S.r.l. reserves the right to make changes to this policy. In the light of this, we invite you to consult the same frequently, taking as reference the date of the last amendment at the bottom. In case of change of the information, your personal data collected until then will be processed, unless otherwise provided, in compliance with the previous version. 

DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data deriving from navigation and any registration will be processed by the company Nordgas S.r.l. based in (23845) Costa Masnaga (LC).

METHODS OF COLLECTION, PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND LEGAL BASIS

According to your use of the website https:///www.nordgas.it, the personal data you provide will be subject to different processing, both with regard to the methods of collection, and to the purposes of processing and the legal bases underlying it and in particular:

For the aforementioned data, the legal basis can be identified in your consent to processing pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR;
3. the data collected in an automated manner during your navigation on the site https://www.nordgas.it are traceable to the following categories and in particular:
   1.  navigation data (your IP address or the domain names of the computers and terminals you use, the URI/URL notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server fine, error and other parameters related to your operating system and your computer environment), which will be processed only to ensure the proper functioning of the site. For the aforementioned data, the legal basis is attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1 letter. f) of the GDPR.

For the aforementioned data, the legal basis consists in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1 letter. f) of the GDPR

DETAILS OF THE PROCESSING

We specify that by data processing is meant, as required by art. 4, paragraph 2 of the GDPR “any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction”

The personal data you provide will be processed, both by computer and by paper, by the Data Controller through the Data Base, Electronic Platforms managed by the Data Controller or by third parties appointed as Data Processors and/or integrated computer systems in use at Nordgas.

We inform you that the Data Controller has adopted appropriate technical and organizational security measures in order to ensure that the personal data communicated by you are not subject to loss, modification or improper alteration. The measures consist in particular of protected data transmission protocols known as HTTPS. It also stores user data on Server sites in Europe. Servers are subject to an advanced and daily system of back up and disaster recovery.

DATA RETENTION

The personal data communicated by you will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that strictly necessary for the achievement of the specific purposes for which they are processed. At the end of the processing your personal data will be deleted without undue delay.

THE PLACE OF PROCESSING

CATEGORIES OF PERSONS WHO MAY BECOME AWARE OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be communicated to the employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller who, acting in accordance with the precise directives and instructions of the latter, process your data as authorized subjects pursuant to art. 29 GDPR, as well as system administrators and/or third parties, duly appointed (ex art. 28 GDPR), who hold the role of Data Processors and who will receive, for this purpose, appropriate operational instructions from the Data Controller. In turn, each Data Controller may appoint its employees and/or collaborators to be responsible for the processing of your data. We inform you that Managers, appointed by the Data Controller, will be third parties and/or other subjects (which is entrusted with assistance, communication, promotion and sale of products and/or services, IT service providers, operators and/or developers of websites or applications contained in them, operators of electronic platforms, partners) Outsourcing on behalf of Nordgas.

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION OR DISSEMINATION OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will not be communicated or disseminated, except by order of a public authority.

EXTRA-EU TRANSFER OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
